Create a quiz that maps users to different outcomes based on their choices

You can use Wispform to create a quiz that maps your user's to one or more outcomes based on selections and answers they made throughout the quiz. This is excellent for fun quizzes and lead generation funnels such as:

  • Personality Quiz like "Which Harry Potter character are you?"
  • Product or eCommerce recommendation like "Which skincare products suit you the best?"
  • Service recommendation like "Which personal trainer package suits you the most"

Outcome quiz content type is a paid feature. If you are on the basic tier, you will be prompted to upgrade to any of our paid plan for $10/month.

See the step by step instruction below:

Step 1: Sign in to Wispform and create a New Content

Step 2: Give your content a name and select the "Outcome-mapped Quiz" content type. This will allow you to map user's choice easily to one or more outcomes without the complexity of setting up a calculator

Step 3: Once the quiz is created, use the + button to create a Welcome Page (you may need to scroll down as there are 15+ question types)

Step 4: Edit the welcome page based on the quiz you would like to create. Feel free to use the right hand side configuration tab to add additional configurations like uploading a custom image

Step 5: Once the above step is complete, go to your outcome page on the left hand side and create a few outcomes. For each outcome, you can upload an image and add title/description, and a redirect button. On the right hand side, you can use the "Max outcome" setting to decide how many outcomes to show the the user at the end of their form. In this case, we will only show the most matching character, but you use this to show 2 or more outcomes.

Step 6: Now go add a Picture choice question to your quiz by using the + sign at the top. You can give the question a title and add a few picture choice options. Once you are happy with your choices, use the "Map to Outcomes" configuration on the right to map each choice to the right outcome.

Step 7: In the setting, for each choice you have defined, select one or more outcome the choice should map to. Do this for all choices in this question.

Step 8: Now do the same but with more questions. In this example, we created a multiple choice question.

Step 9: Once you are happy with your questions, use the top "Share" button to either share the quiz as a URL to your user's or embed the quiz on your website.

Give it a try and feel free to let us know if you have any questions.
